What is your return policy?

At Te Amo Mucho, we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you're not satisfied with the quality or fit, you may return products purchased from us that are in new, gently used or defective condition (due to materials or craftsmanship) for a refund subject to the terms of the Return Policy. 

Full cash refunds are available within 30 days of the purchase date or arrival date. Store credit available up to 45 days of the purchase date or arrival date.

Some items include a tag that cannot be removed and clearly labeled "DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG" if you intend to return the product. Removing the tag voids the return policy and your sale will be final. 

Clearance items $10 and under are final sale. In the event of a factory damage, you will receive a replacement, if available, or full refund upon inspection. 

Shipping returns are covered by the customer.
